Refund Policy

This No-Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which Recodive oHG ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides access to our digital subscription services ("Services"). By purchasing or otherwise accessing our Services, you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Scope

  • This Policy applies to the digital subscription product(s) offered by the Company.
  • This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and is subject to, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. No Refunds

3.1 Immediate Access

By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to our digital subscription. Consequently, you understand and agree that:

  • You lose any statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the digital content has been made available to you, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive (2011/83/EU).
  • No refund will be issued once you have been granted access to the digital content or Services.

3.2 Digital Subscription Nature

Our Services are delivered electronically and considered fully consumed upon provision of access. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

3.3 Exceptions

We will only consider refund requests where and to the extent such refunds are required by applicable law. In such cases, the refund will be processed in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements.

4. Billing and Cancellations

  • Billing: Your subscription fee will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the subscription term.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our Services after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered office.
